JIA JIA Jewelry is a luxury crystal jewelry brand with a price point that’s unattainable for most social media users. While the brand had a steady cadence of social content, it lacked a unified visual narrative and high-production look, making it difficult to stand out in the saturated online jewelry space and connect meaningfully with target audiences.

My team worked with the client to identify the sharp yet moody look she was aiming for, then transitioned JIA JIA’s monthly social calendar into a rhythm of mini-campaigns, each subtly tied to the season. This new approach struck a balance between variety and cohesion, resulting in a more polished feed and a clearer brand identity.
